(Garden Installation & Stewardship)

Part-Time to Full-Time (25–40 hrs/week)

Preston Earth is seeking a Garden/Landscape Installation Team Member to help build beautiful, ecologically-minded gardens throughout the Roaring Fork Valley.

Our work includes planting, site preparation, garden construction, and landscape installation. We are looking for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in quality, and likes seeing tangible results at the end of the day.

Responsibilities

• Site preparation, soil amending, grading
• Planting trees, shrubs, and perennials
• Installing, mulch, edging, pathways, and garden features
• Moving materials and maintaining organized job sites
• Supporting project leads during garden installation
• Assisting with garden maintenance and stewardship as needed

Qualifications

, fine art, farming, gardening, outdoor trades, athletics, or other hands-on work is valued.

We can teach many technical skills. We're looking for someone who will bring an energetic and collaborative attitude to there work, strong work ethic, curiosity, reliability, and a desire to learn.

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform demanding physical work
• Valid driver's license preferred
