Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the landscape and irrigation service portfolio, identifying new business opportunities and markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and industry partners to enhance business visibility and trust.
• Lead project proposals, presentations, and negotiations to secure new contracts and expand existing accounts.
• Oversee the delivery of landscaping, lawn care, tree care, gardening, horticulture, and maintenance services to ensure client satisfaction.
• Supervise teams involved in construction projects, irrigation installations, and ongoing maintenance activities to ensure quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet client needs while adhering to safety regulations and industry best practices.
• Monitor industry trends and innovations in landscape maintenance, irrigation technology, and horticultural practices to keep the company at the forefront of the field.

Experience

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping design or installation, or related horticultural fields.
• Supervising experience managing teams involved in lawn care, construction projects, or tree care operations.
• Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, gardening techniques, and general maintenance practices.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Familiarity with technical aspects of horticulture, land management, and environmental sustainability practices is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging clients effectively and presenting proposals confidently.
• Prior experience in business development within the landscaping or outdoor services industry is highly desirable. Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
