In this energetic role, you will be instrumental in creating and maintaining beautiful, functional outdoor spaces. Your hands-on work will involve installing, repairing, and maintaining landscape features and irrigation systems, ensuring our clients’ properties thrive year-round. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in landscaping, horticulture, and construction while contributing to vibrant outdoor environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist with landscape installation projects, including planting, grading, and hardscape setup
• Install, repair, and troubleshoot irrigation systems to ensure optimal watering efficiency
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment such as excavators safely and effectively
• Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, trimming trees, and snow plowing during winter months
• Conduct landscape maintenance activities such as pruning, tree care, and garden upkeep
• Support construction activities related to landscape features like patios, walkways, and retaining walls
• Maintain equipment and tools regularly to ensure safety and efficiency on the job site

Requirements

• Basic mechanical knowledge with experience handling hand tools and power tools
• Prior experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance or gardening preferred
• Knowledge of irrigation systems and troubleshooting techniques is a plus
• Ability to operate machinery such as excavators or similar construction equipment is advantageous
• Strong understanding of horticulture principles and tree care practices
• Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions including snow plowing when necessary
• Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward safety and quality standards
