Hiring NOW one or more employees, must have a ride to Stuart to meet Superintendent, may ride with him to projects, must have a ride to be picked up after work at his location.

Looking for hard worker, honest, loyal, non-whiny, with integrity. your level of education is rather irrelevant , I care about authenticity, character, execution, and willingness to learn. MUST be able to DIG trenches and handle extreme heat and work in the heat proficiently and not slow down because of heat, this is the most important things.

I am are seeking a dedicated Landscape Laborer to join our team and contribute to a variety of outdoor projects. This role mainly involves digging trenches/long runs at 12-14" depth, holes that are sometimes 15-30 inches deep x 30 inches, sometimes roots, sometimes easy, however, people who cant hang when its not easy, please don't apply. There are ZERO tolerance for I can't.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work, able to handle the intense HEAT 365, a STRONG work ethic, MUST be able to shovel a straight line be documented, must be able to pass random drug tests.

Job will require overnights out of town btw Vero and Miami at times, hotels paid for - sometimes a week at a time and it wont be a Super 8, its a flag hotel or air bnb - guests may not join, per diem for dinner provided on overnights. Limited English is ok and encouraged to apply as well.

Responsibilities.

• Maintain cleanliness of work sites and ensure all tools and equipment are properly stored after use.
• MUST KNOW HOW TO SHOVEL a straight line - without complaining and slacking or slowing when we are working in extreme heat at times.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely.

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
