Landscape Laborer

Job Overview
Herrin's Landscaping llc in Westfield MA,

is looking for a motivated, reliable helper to join our crew for the upcoming 2026 spring season. This is a hands-on, outdoor position with opportunity to grow as the business grows.

You will assist with day-to-day landscaping and property maintenance tasks, including:

• String trimming

• Backpack blowing

• Shoveling mulch, stone, dirt, etc

• Bush and hedge trimming

• General yard clean-ups

• Assist with installations & prep work

• Other small labor tasks as needed

No experience is required but preferred.

If you are willing to work hard and show up consistently, we will teach you. However, prior landscaping or outdoor labor experience will influence starting pay.

Starting pay will also be determined based on:

• Valid driver’s license

• Ability to drive a pickup truck

• Ability to tow a trailer

Pay:

Hourly (based on experience and skill level)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $29.51 per hour
