Landscape Laborer

*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. This role involves performing a variety of tasks related to landscaping, including hardscape installation, tree care, and general maintenance. The Landscape Laborer will work closely with other team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. *Responsibilities* - Assist in the installation of hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls. - Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, tree trimming, and planting. - Utilize power tools and hand tools safely and effectively for various landscaping tasks. - Maintain equipment by cleaning, lubricating, and performing basic mechanical repairs as needed. - Ensure job sites are kept clean and organized throughout the workday. - Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to safety protocols. - Provide tree care services including pruning, fertilizing, and pest management as required. *Experience* - Previous experience in landscaping or related fields is preferred but not mandatory. - Familiarity with hardscape installation techniques is a plus. - Knowledge of tree care practices and maintenance is beneficial. - Proficiency in using power tools (such as saws, trimmers) and hand tools (such as shovels, rakes) is essential. - Basic mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance is advantageous. - A strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions are required.
