Landscape Laborer

Overview

Hipoint Property Services & Sweeping is looking for a Laborer/Driver

- Must be able to follow verbal & written directions (including these)

- Ability to work independently, cleaning up parking lots and outside grounds.

- Clean driving record.

- Must be able to lift 50 lbs on a frequent basis.

-Day, Swing and Night shifts available.

Salary: $20.00 to $25.00 /hour

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

6-8 hour shifts

Responsibilities

Use trucks hand tools and blowers for maintenance on walkways,landscape areas and parking lots.

Experience

Prior experience with landscaping or outdoor maintenance is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated learners
Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with power tools and hand tools is advantageous.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards
Strong work ethic with attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward learning new skills
