Landscape Laborer

Royal Landscaping is seeking a reliable and hardworking Landscaping Laborer to assist crews on residential and small commercial landscape projects. The Laborer supports daily job site operations by performing physical tasks, assisting skilled crew members, and helping ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.

This position is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, dependable, and ready to work hard in an outdoor environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist crew members with landscape installation tasks including:
• Paver patios and walkways
• Retaining walls
• Planting beds and tree/shrub installation
• Grading and site preparation
• Mulch, sod, and rock installation
• Load and unload materials and equipment
• Operate basic power tools and equipment as directed
• Follow instructions from Crew Lead and management
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
• Conduct yourself professionally when working around clients

Qualifications

• No prior experience required — willing to train the right person
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Preferred Skills

• Any prior experience in landscaping, construction, or outdoor labor is a plus
• Familiarity with basic hand tools and power equipment
• Ability to take direction and work efficiently as part of a team
