Landscape Laborer

Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborers to join our team. This role is essential for maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces, ensuring they are beautiful, functional, and safe. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working outdoors and a strong commitment to quality workmanship.

Duties
As a Landscape Laborer, your responsibilities will include:

• Performing landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming lawns.
• Digging, planting, and maintaining gardens to enhance the aesthetic appeal of properties.
• Executing hardscape projects including the installation of patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
• Utilizing hand tools effectively for various landscaping tasks such as tree trimming and general maintenance.
• Collaborating with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.

Experience
Candidates should possess the following skills and experience:

• Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with snow plowing techniques is a plus.
• Knowledge of irrigation systems and landscape design principles is beneficial.
• Ability to operate hand tools safely and effectively for various landscaping tasks.
• Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
• A willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to landscaping.
