Responsibilities

• Assist with landscape installation including planting, mulching, and hardscape construction such as patios and walkways
• Perform routine landscape maintenance tasks like mowing, trimming, pruning trees, and shrubbery care
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery such as excavators and snow plows safely and efficiently
• Support irrigation system installation and repairs to ensure healthy plant growth
• Conduct lawn care activities including aeration, fertilization, and weed control
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of work sites while adhering to safety standards
• Help with seasonal tasks such as snow plowing during winter months and general gardening duties year-round

Requirements

• Mechanical knowledge to operate various landscaping equipment and tools effectively
• Experience with lawn care, landscape maintenance, horticulture, or gardening preferred
• Familiarity with landscaping techniques including hardscape installation and tree care
• Physical stamina to perform outdoor labor in various weather conditions including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods
• Strong attention to safety procedures to prevent accidents during operation of equipment or manual tasks
