Landscape Laborer

Thank you for considering our team! We are looking for someone who shows up, works hard, and doesn't need to be babysat. Willing to learn and take direction. We are willing to train the right person who has a genuine interest in plants and landscaping.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading plant material
• Demolition and removal of existing landscaping
• Installing and delivering plants
• Digging holes, trenching, removing trees/plants
• Occasional mowing, trimming, and weed eating
• General outdoor labor

Qualifications

• Knowledge in how to use landscaping tools safely preferred
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Team player
• Able to perform physical labor consistently
• Must stay focused on the job (No excessive use of phones)
• No smoking during work hours

Work Environment

This is a full outdoor job. You will work in the heat, humidity, and rain. If you cannot handle Florida weather, this is not the job for you.

Schedule

• Monday-Friday 7:30am-3:30pm (40hrs/week)
• Occasional Saturdays as needed

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
