Responsibilities

• Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, pruning, and planting to keep outdoor areas healthy and attractive
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery such as excavators under supervision for various landscaping projects
• Perform lawn care duties such as aerating, fertilizing, watering, and snow plowing during seasonal changes
• Conduct tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and planting to promote healthy growth
• Maintain irrigation systems by inspecting for leaks or malfunctions and performing routine repairs
• Support gardening efforts by planting new greenery, mulching beds, and ensuring proper soil preparation
• Follow safety protocols diligently while working with equipment like excavators and power tools to prevent accidents

Experience

• Prior experience in landscaping, lawn care, or horticulture is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and small machinery is advantageous
• Basic mechanical knowledge related to equipment maintenance and troubleshooting is a plus
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques including irrigation systems, tree care, hardscape installation, and snow plowing enhances your suitability for this role
• Strong work ethic with the ability to follow detailed instructions and safety guidelines in outdoor environments
