Pay: $19–$26/hour based on experience and performance

Earnings: $760–$1,040+/week for motivated, high-performing team members

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Location: Batavia, OH (serving Eastern Cincinnati, Indian Hill, East Gate)

What You’ll Do:

• Mow, trim, edge, mulch, and install plants

• Apply fertilizer and weed control

• Install holiday lights safely, including ladder work

• Maintain tools, equipment, and work vehicle

• Follow safety protocols and deliver excellent customer service

What You’ll Need:

• Experience in landscaping, construction, roofing, power washing, outdoor lighting, warehouse, or general labor is a plus

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Eligibility to work in the USA (E-Verify)

• Comfortable working outdoors in all-weather conditions

• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic

• No landscaping experience? Motivated individuals will receive full training
