Landscape Maintenance Account Manager

About the Role

The Landscape Maintenance Account Manager serves as the primary connection between our clients, field teams, and office.

This role is responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring quality service delivery, and supporting field operations across a portfolio of maintenance accounts.

We are looking for someone who brings both people skills and landscape knowledge, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients
• Conduct regular site walk-throughs to assess quality and identify opportunities for improvement
• Coordinate with field teams to ensure work is completed to standard and on schedule
• Support and guide crews to maintain consistency and quality
• Identify and recommend enhancement opportunities
• Monitor account performance, budgets, and service schedules
• Resolve client concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain clear documentation of communication, service notes, and project updates

Experience & Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in landscape maintenance, either in the field or in a supervisory/account role
• Working knowledge of landscape maintenance practices, including irrigation basics and plant care
• Experience working with or alongside field crews
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $75,000 – $95,000 DOE

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
