We are currently hiring a Landscape Maintenance & Install Foreman to lead our landscape crew.

Position Summary

The Landscape Foreman is responsible for leading a 2–4 person crew in performing detailed landscape maintenance and installation projects. This is NOT a mowing position. This role focuses strictly on plant care, pruning, mulch, bed maintenance, and landscape installs.

Minimum 1 year of landscape experience required.

ResponsibilitiesLandscape Maintenance:

• Shrub trimming and pruning
• Bed edging and redefining
• Mulch and rock installation
• Landscape bed clean-outs
• Plant health monitoring
• Light landscape renovations

Landscape Install:

• Planting trees, shrubs, and perennials
• Installing mulch, decorative stone, and edging
• Grading and bed preparation
• Assisting with softscape design execution
• Small retaining walls or hardscape prep (if experienced)

Leadership:

• Manage daily job sites and crew productivity
• Ensure quality standards are met
• Train and guide crew members
• Communicate with office staff regarding job progress
• Maintain and care for tools and equipment

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in landscape maintenance or landscape installation (required)
• Valid driver’s license (clean record preferred) (must be insurable)
• Experience operating skid steer or small equipment (required)
• Strong understanding of plant care and pruning techniques (required)
• Ability to lead and manage a small crew
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Dependable, professional attitude
