Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader

Join the team at Neave Group Outdoor Solutions, a leading provider of landscape services in Denville, NJ. We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Landscape Maintenance Laborer to provide exceptional service to our commercial and residential clients. This role involves a variety of tasks related to landscape installation and property maintenance. The standard work schedule is Monday to Friday, 7:00am-4:30pm, with potential for Saturday work if weather disrupts the regular schedule.

Responsibilities

• Operate large equipment such as skidsteer, backhoe, ZTR mower, walk behind mower, push mower, etc.
• Operate small hand-held power tools including pruner, trimmer, push blower, backpack blower, portable sprayer, gas powered pruner, chainsaw, power rake, etc.
• Perform general landscaping tasks such as raking, weeding, mowing, trimming, pruning, shoveling, sweeping, and blowing.
• Carry out installation of plants, lawns, and mulch.
• Perform snow removal during the winter season.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in landscaping, property maintenance, pool service or construction.
• Ability to lift 50lbs. - 75lbs. without limitation.
• Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions including but not limited to sun, heat, rain, snow, and extreme cold.
• Knowledge of pesticides is a plus.

Compensation

The pay range for this position is $18-22 per hour, with opportunities for overtime.
