Job Overview

We’re seeking a dedicated and motivated Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader who leads with genuine caring, humility, and a heart for service. In this role, you’ll work with and guide a team in maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces while upholding our commitment to quality, care, and attention to detail.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, support and work side by side with a crew of 2-3 landscape maintainers with a mindset of service, respect, and teamwork
• Plan daily work, assign tasks, and ensure yard maintenance services are completed efficiently and with exceptional attention to detail
• Oversee maintenance operations including lawn cutting, string trimming, edging, hedge trimming, blowing, re-mulching and any other task necessary to deliver industry leading service to our customers
• Take ownership and responsibility for job sites, ensuring The Cornerstone values, safety standards and an unmatched commitment to quality are upheld
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with clients, team members, and vendors
• Perform quality checks to ensure every service reflects our commitment to doing things right the first time

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in landscape maintenance such as zero-turn mowing, string trimming, edging, hedge trimming, etc.
• A leader who demonstrates humility, accountability, and a strong work ethic
• Passion for on every job
• Strong knowledge of landscaping practices including yard maintenance techniques, plant and grass types, mowing protocols, etc.
• Ability to read and follow directions in our electronic maintenance scheduling platform as well as properly allocating time and labor in our app based system.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to doing quality work
• Physically capable of working outdoors in varying conditions

Pay: $19.00 - $28.00 per hour
