Your Role & Impact

As a Crew Member and Driver, you are the heartbeat of our daily operations. You will be responsible for transporting our team safely and ensuring every property we touch looks its absolute best.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vehicle Operation: Safely operate company vehicles in strict adherence to the BLI Vehicle Policy.
• Field Execution: Maintain pristine lawns and properties using professional-grade equipment (weedeaters, edgers, zero-turn mowers, blowers, and hedge trimmers).
• Horticultural Care: Perform precision mowing, trimming, pruning, raking, weeding, and seasonal leaf removal.
• Site Prep: Efficiently load/unload equipment as directed.
• Client Relations: Maintain a professional demeanor; direct all client inquiries to the Crew Leaders and Supervisors to ensure consistent communication.
• Safety Leadership: Follow all verbal and written instructions from the Crew Leader and maintain a "zero-accident" mindset.

What You Bring to the Team

• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle demanding outdoor conditions (standing, bending, lifting, and climbing).
• Technical Aptitude: Comfortable operating (or learning to operate) tractors, mowers, and lawn equipment.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a major plus!
• Reliability: You show up on time, work well independently, and support your teammates.

Requirements

• Age: Must be 18 years or older.
• License: Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (Required).
• Compliance: Ability to pass a DOT Physical and a drug test.
• Experience: 1+ years of landscaping experience is preferred, but we will train the right candidate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
