Landscape Maintenance Crew Member

Title: Landscape Maintenance Crew Member
Involves performing outdoor maintenance including:

• blowing hardscape and softscape surface areas
• weeding
• raking
• picking up branches, debris, and liter
• pruning
• cleaning windowsills and granite horizontal surfaces
• storm cleanup
• and other duties as assigned

Learning to operate:

• Power tools:
• Handheld Leaf Blower
• Backpack Leaf Blower
• Handheld Leaf Vacuum
• Power washer
• Equipment:
• EZ-GO Gas Golf Cart with/Dump
• Kubota Tractor
• Hand tools:
• Rake
• Shovel
• Pruners
• Hand saw
• Toro Zero turn
• Push mower

Experience would be desirable, but isn’t required, especially if we can work with a motivated person
Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
Must be communicative, able, and willing to take direction, and to work independently without constant supervision
Hours: Full Time, M – F, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, have some flexibility but prefer consistent schedule
Pay begins at $20/hour, more if experienced, as well as an incentive bonus for good work
The position is as an employee, not as an independent contractor

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Experience:

• Landscape maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
• Grounds Maintenance & Landscaping Occupations: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
