Landscape & Maintenance Crew Member (Full-Time)

What You’ll Do:

Landscape Installation:

• Sod installation, planting, mulching, and bed preparation
• Digging, grading, and general site prep
• Fertilizing and supporting plant health
• Assisting with landscape projects from start to finish

Landscape Maintenance:

• Mowing and maintaining lawns
• Edging, trimming, and blowing off surfaces
• Leaf removal and seasonal clean-ups
• Mulch installation and property upkeep

Equipment & Tools:

• Operate mowers, tractors, and other landscaping equipment
• Use hand tools such as shovels, rakes, hedge trimmers, and pruning tools

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to follow instructions and work well with a team
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• Physically able to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs
• Valid driver’s license (VA or other U.S. state) with a clean driving record (no major violations)
