Position Overview

As our Landscape Maintenance Foreman, you’ll be at the heart of our field operations. You’ll lead crews, ensure daily tasks are executed with precision and quality, and set the tone for what exceptional landscape maintenance looks like.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and supervise maintenance crews on residential and/or commercial properties
• Be able to asses a property to determine what services are needed and implement them
• Ensure all work meets Brooks Landscape’s standard of excellence
• Communicate clearly with clients, crew members, and management
• Manage materials, tools, and timelines to keep work on track
• Train and mentor crew members, helping them grow into future leaders

Requirements

• 3+ years of landscape maintenance experience (mowing, trimming, properly pruning plants, cleaning properties, planting, solving irrigation problems, etc.)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must pass a background check
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
• Knowledge of safe equipment operation and jobsite safety practices
• Must be able to identify weeds from desired plants
• Demonstrates proper pest management and has the training requirements to apply pesticides
• Has experience or willingness to learn a CRM App on a mobile device

Compensation & Benefits

• $25–$30 per hour, depending on experience
