Job Summary:

Looking for an experienced Landscape Maintenance Foreman to lead a team of 1-2 guys to deliver top-notch landscaping on high-end and commercial properties.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and guide a team for efficient landscaping.
• Oversee tasks: mowing, trimming, blowing, pruning, planting, and fertilizing
• Maintaining high standards for all properties.
• Regularly inspect landscapes and enforce safety.

Qualifications:

• Proven landscape and lawn care experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Supervisory or leadership preferred.
• Have knowledge in the green industry.
• Proficient with landscaping equipment.
• Organized with good communication skills.
• Leadership qualities and attention to detail.
• Valid NC driver's license to drive company vehicles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Ability to Relocate:

• High Point, NC: Relocate before starting work (Required)
