Landscape Maintenance Foreman

We are looking for a reliable, experienced Landscape Maintenance Foreman to lead our team in providing high-quality lawn care and landscaping services. This is a great opportunity for someone who has experience in all aspects of landscape maintenance and is ready to take on a leadership role. (Bilingual Individual Highly Encouraged)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lawn Maintenance: Mowing, weed whipping, and edging to keep lawns neat and healthy.
• Tree & Shrub Care: Trimming trees, hedges, and shrubs to maintain shape and health.
• Planting & Mulching: Planting trees, flowers, and shrubs, as well as spreading mulch to improve landscaping.
• Rocking & Hardscaping: Installing decorative rocks and working on simple retaining walls and other hardscaping projects.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and guide a team of landscapers, making sure tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
• Equipment Operation: Use and maintain landscaping equipment like mowers, trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers, and other tools.
• Client Communication: Ensure customers are satisfied with the work and handle any questions or concerns.
• Safety: Make sure all safety protocols are followed, and the crew is using equipment properly.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous landscaping experience, including lawn maintenance, tree trimming, planting, and hardscaping.
• Leadership experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred to help communicate effectively with the team and clients.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• A positive, hard-working attitude and a willingness to learn.
