As a Landscape Maintenance Foreman, you'll play a key role in delivering outstanding service, leading a high-performing crew, and ensuring every property reflects the quality and professionalism TPS Landscaping stands for. What Success Looks Like

Within your first 6–12 months, you will:

  • Lead a motivated, productive crew that trusts your direction and guidance.
  • Consistently maintain properties to meet or exceed company standards every time.
  • Build strong client relationships through professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail.
  • Develop team members through coaching, mentorship, and hands-on leadership.
  • Take ownership, solve problems, and contribute ideas that improve efficiency and results.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and coordinate daily landscape maintenance operations.
  • Coach and mentor crew members, helping them grow in skill and confidence.
  • Uphold company standards for quality, safety, and professionalism.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, productivity, and service quality.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership or supervisory experience (landscaping industry experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance practices, including lawn care, tree and shrub care, and overall grounds maintenance.
  • Ability to motivate, develop, and hold team members accountable while fostering a positive work environment.
  • Commitment to quality workmanship, safety, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Driver Requirements - To be approved as a company driver, candidates must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license that meets the insurability requirements of the company's insurance carrier.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
