Landscape Maintenance Foreman

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Landscape Maintenance Foreman to lead our landscaping team in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, supervise crew members, and ensure high-quality landscape maintenance, lawn care, and gardening services. Duties

• Supervise and coordinate landscape maintenance activities including mowing, trimming, pruning, planting, and irrigation system management
• Lead landscaping projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards
• Oversee lawn care routines such as fertilization, aeration, weed control, and pest management
• Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure safety protocols are followed and work is performed efficiently
• Train and mentor crew members on best practices in horticulture, gardening techniques, and equipment operation
• Maintain equipment and tools through routine inspections and proper maintenance procedures

Requirements

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, or horticulture with a strong background in lawn care and gardening
• Supervising experience leading teams in outdoor or construction environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse crew
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy equipment and working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients, team members, and vendors
• Certifications related to landscape maintenance or horticulture are a plus but not mandatory
