Full-Time Landscape Maintenance Horticulturist
We are seeking hard working individuals for our landscape construction team in a full-time capacity as a Landscape
Maintenance Horticulturist. Utilize your experience and knowledge to assist in the continued maintenance of new and established landscapes while ensuring a high level of quality and customer satisfaction for which Todd’s Services is known!
Landscape Maintenance Horticulturist Job Responsibilities:

● Perform detailed assessments of plant health at residential and commercial job sites
● Conduct in person meetings with customers to discuss plant care
● Complete site evaluation estimates to return to customers
● Perform routine, detailed maintenance (weeding, pruning, deadheading, etc..)
● Manage spring and fall clean up including leaf removal, perennial cutbacks, and pruning
● Assess plant health and determine potential mitigation options for pests or diseases
● Assist other departments with plant care projects
● Lead crews of 1-3 individuals to accomplish tasks

Landscape Maintenance Horticulturist Job Requirements:
● 1-2 years of experience in the landscape or horticulture industry
● ISA, CGIP, or similar certifications (preferred)
● Plant identification experience and knowledge
● Valid driver's license with Chauffeur endorsement (Preferred)
● Able to lift 50 lbs or more
● Willingness to learn, improve and advance while working safely and efficiently
● Have a positive attitude and works well within a team environment
