Landscape Maintenance Laborer

Job Description:

We are a growing landscape maintenance company looking for a dependable Landscape Maintenance Laborer to join our crew. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position focused primarily on mowing, trimming, weeding, and property cleanups for residential, HOA, and commercial properties.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes direction well, and understands the importance of teamwork and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Mowing lawns using commercial equipment
• Trimming and edging turf, sidewalks, and curbs
• Weeding landscape beds and hardscape areas
• Performing property cleanups and debris removal
• Assisting with general landscape maintenance tasks as assigned
• Following crew leader instructions and daily job assignments
• Working efficiently while maintaining quality standards
• Keeping equipment, trucks, and job sites clean and organized
• Ensure a safe environment for yourself, clients and general public.

• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and willingness to stay productive throughout the day
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to perform physical labor (lifting, walking, bending, standing)
• Punctual, reliable, and respectful
• Previous landscaping experience is a plus, but not required

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn landscape maintenance
• Ability to lift 20+ lbs. and perform physical labor
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance
• Valid driver’s license

Schedule

• Day shift - 10hrs
• Monday – Thursday

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
