Landscape Maintenance Laborer

Neave Group Outdoor Solutions is a leading provider of landscape services in Westchester, NY, recognized for its commitment to quality, customer satisfaction, and a supportive team environment. As a Landscape Maintenance Laborer, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the outdoor spaces of both commercial and residential clients. This position offers hands-on work in a variety of outdoor settings, with opportunities to develop new skills and advance within the company. The standard schedule is Monday to Friday, 7:00am4:30pm, with occasional Saturday work if weather impacts the regular workweek.

Responsibilities

• Operate large landscaping equipment, including skidsteers, backhoes, ZTR mowers, walk-behind mowers, and push mowers.
• Use hand-held power tools such as pruners, trimmers, blowers, sprayers, chainsaws, and power rakes.
• Perform general landscaping tasks, including raking, weeding, mowing, trimming, pruning, shoveling, sweeping, and blowing debris.
• Install plants, lawns, and mulch to improve landscape appearance.
• Assist with snow removal during the winter season to maintain safe and accessible properties.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in landscaping, property maintenance, pool service, or construction.
• Ability to lift 5075 lbs. without limitation.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions, including sun, heat, rain, snow, and extreme cold.
• Knowledge of pesticides is a plus.

Compensation

The pay range for this position is $18$22 per hour, with opportunities for overtime.
