Landscape Maintenance Laborer

Elevate Outdoor is a leading landscape construction and maintenance company providing high-end service to residential and commercial customers in Metro-Kansas City as well as commercial sites throughout the US. We are locally owned and operated with a strong culture and work ethic. Current growth has placed us in need of individuals with a desire to provide excellent service to our customers and to work alongside an exceptional team.

Responsibilities:
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and weeding
- Assist in planting and maintaining gardens and flower beds
- Conduct groundskeeping duties including debris removal and litter control
- Use hand tools and equipment to trim, prune, and shape trees and shrubs
- Participate in snow plowing and ice removal during winter months

Skills:
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related field is preferred
- Knowledge of lawn care techniques and plant identification
- Familiarity with hand tools commonly used in landscaping
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a neat and organized work area

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
