Landscape Maintenance Supervisor

What you’ll do

• Workforce Leadership:
• Develop, monitor, and discipline an efficient workforce to complete assigned landscape
• Train and mentor Team Leaders to achieve optimal performance.
• Support Team Leaders in carrying out their duties and foster their professional growth.
• Plan and maintain strict, efficient production schedules to maximize productivity with minimal unbillable time.
• Ensure daily schedules are completed on time and meet prescribed quality standards.
• Conduct daily job site audits to assess work quality and identify development
• opportunities.
• Maintain costs within assigned budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Oversee the effective utilization of vehicles, equipment, and materials.
• Manage and coordinate work for assigned customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide technical information and solutions to customers and field personnel.
• Retain customers by delivering exceptional TLC service and fostering strong
• relationships.
• Ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
• Support the Company Safety Committee in all matters related to security and personnel safety.
• Enforce compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Develop and implement improved work methods to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Cooperate with line and staff personnel to execute schedules and programs as planned.
• Complete special projects as assigned by the Account Manager to meet the company’s evolving needs.

Basic qualifications

● Experience:

○ Proven experience in production management, supervision, or a related field.

○ Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance practices and industry standards.

● Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to lead and motivate teams.

● Organizational Skills: Strong time-management and problem-solving abilities.

● Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

● Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with landscaping tools, vehicles, and equipment

maintenance.

● Safety Focus: Commitment to enforcing safety protocols and creating a secure work

environment.

Preferred qualifications

• Knowledge of horticulture principles and practices related to plant care.
• Familiarity with construction methods related to landscape projects.
• Experience with irrigation system installation and maintenance.
