Landscape Maintenance Supervisor

In this position you will be responsible for supervising a group of employees and making sure work is done according to company policy and in a timely manner. The Landscape Supervisor must also ensure that our customers are happy with their experience; this includes greeting them, answering any questions they may have and ensuring that orders are correctly filled. PAY DEPENDS ON EXPERIENCE

• Enhance the appearance and value of properties through direction of your crew in the execution of daily grounds and turf maintenance.
• Supervisor will be responsible for loading the truck to make sure they have all equipment and supplies to complete the work for the day.
• Supervisor will be responsible for safely driving the truck to and from work sites throughout the day.
• Properly plant, trim, mow, weed, mulch, fertilize and so much more.
• Learn to diagnose insect, disease, and cultural/environmental turf and shrub conditions.
• Maintain open communication with management and clients to provide feedback on landscape needs.
• Drive, use, maintain and properly operate landscape equipment
• Ability to lead and delegate tasks to accomplish jobs efficiently
• Will also be responsible for some paperwork including timesheets

LANDSCAPE SUPERVISOR QUALIFICATIONS

• 3–5 years of experience in landscape maintenance or a related field.
• The Landscape Maintenance Supervisor should possess a strong maintenance background. Working knowledge of all landscape maintenance equipment and tools.
• Requires such responsibilities as leadership, strong communication to management, fuel/equipment/chemical usage notations and more.
• Valid driver’s license with clear driving record is required.
• Basic Mechanical knowledge

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
