Landscape Maintenance Team Leader

Our landscape maintenance division is currently expanding. This is a perfect opportunity to join a company that is at the forefront of innovative landscape projects in the area and beyond. Our fast-paced environment demands near perfection and accuracy. Applicants must be fast learners and self-motivated. To succeed in this role, you should be physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions. The ideal candidate will be friendly, professional and possess in-depth knowledge of effective gardening techniques. Spanish language skills a plus.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Experience leading landscape or landscape maintenance teams

· Strong managerial skills to include scheduling, managing multiple properties, and staff

· Meticulous and knowledgeable trimming skills

· Experience in turf management

· Fine gardening skills

· Able to work long hours and in adverse weather conditions

· Valid commercial driver’s license with a clean driving record

· Knowledgeable with all tools involved with plant care and garden maintenance

· Self-motivated and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment

· Good communication skills with a friendly attitude

· Able to problem solve on the fly

· Plant ID knowledge must be at an intermediate level

· Experience with hand-pruning

· High School diploma or equivalent

Compensation will be based on work experience and can range from $23-$30/hour.
