Landscape Maintenance Team Member - Experienced

Trani’s Landscaping is seeking an experienced and reliable Landscape Maintenance Team Member to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has strong leadership qualities, and can help maintain high standards across residential and commercial properties.

This position has opportunity for advancement into crew leadership for the right candidate.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license
• Prior landscape maintenance experience
• Ability to operate maintenance equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Leadership qualities and ability to work independently or lead when needed
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine landscape maintenance
• Mowing, edging, weeding, trimming, and blowing
• Maintain clean and professional job sites
• Assist with crew leadership and organization when needed
• Communicate effectively with team members and management

Compensation & Benefits:

• $20+ per hour depending on experience
