Landscape Maintenance Technician

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Landscape Laborer to join our team in Lancaster. The main task for this position will be cutting lawns weekly and assisting with cleanups and other jobs as needed. As a Landscape Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with various landscaping and groundskeeping tasks to ensure the maintenance and beautification of outdoor spaces. We treat every property as our own and take quality and pride very seriously in what we do.

Responsibilities:
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns
- Assist with the installation of landscape features such as trees, shrubs, and hardscape elements

- Work in a team environment on seasonal cleanups
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools
- Assist with fence and hardscape installs.
- Assist with snow removal and plowing during winter months
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in landscaping specifically professional mowing preferred but not required
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods of time
- Knowledge of basic landscaping techniques and practices
- Familiarity with operating landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Pay: $21.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
