Landscape Maintenance Technician

We are a fast-growing, local landscaping company looking for our very first dedicated employee. We need a reliable, hardworking individual to help us maintain the high standards our clients expect. Because you’ll be the first hire, you won’t just be "mowing lawns"—you’ll be helping us set the foundation for the future. As we grow, your role and responsibilities can grow with us.

What You’ll Do

• Mowing & Trimming: Operate professional-grade zero-turn mowers, walk-behinds, and string trimmers.
• Detailing: Edge driveways and walkways to give properties that "finished" look.
• Maintenance: Basic spring/fall cleanups, hedge trimming, and blowing off debris.
• Equipment Care: Perform basic daily maintenance on gear to keep everything running smoothly.
• Client Interaction: Represent the company with a professional and friendly attitude.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Previous landscaping experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person with a "can-do" attitude.
• Reliability: You show up on time, every time.
• Driver’s License: Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Physically Fit: Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Growth Mindset: Someone who wants to learn the business and eventually lead their own crew.
