Landscape Maintenance Technician

Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Landscape Maintenance Technician and play a vital role in creating and maintaining beautiful, functional outdoor environments. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of landscape and lawn care tasks, ensuring that properties are pristine, safe, and visually appealing. Primary clients serviced are mutli family properties and some commercial.

Responsibilities

• Perform lawn care duties including mowing, edging, fertilizing, aerating, and weed control to maintain healthy, lush turf.
• Operate hand tools and power equipment such as trimmers, blowers, hedge cutters, and lawnmowers with precision and safety.
• Conduct landscape maintenance tasks including planting, pruning, tree trimming, and shrub care to promote healthy growth and aesthetic appeal.
• Utilize irrigation systems for watering schedules and troubleshoot issues to ensure proper hydration of plants and lawns.

Skills

• Minimum of 3 years landscape experience required
• Strong mechanical knowledge of landscaping machinery and hand tools to perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Extensive experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, and horticulture practices.
• Ability to operate power tools safely and efficiently in various outdoor conditions.
• Knowledge of tree care techniques including trimming, pruning, and health assessment.
• Excellent teamwork skills combined with a proactive attitude toward safety protocols and quality standards. Pay: $160.00 - $190.00 per day
