Landscape Maintenance Technician

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Landscape Technician to join our team in Jacksonville, FL. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in landscape maintenance, turf care, and equipment operation, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine landscape maintenance including mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, and blowing
• Monitor turf and plant health, identifying issues such as pests, disease, or irrigation problems
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.), Mandatory: Know how to operate a weed eater and edger.
• Complete work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of professional landscaping or grounds maintenance experience
• Knowledge of turf care, plant identification, and seasonal maintenance practices
• Ability to operate commercial landscaping equipment safely
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must have open availability Monday to Friday.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Prolonged standing, walking, bending, and exposure to outdoor elements
