Landscape Maintenance Technician- Driver

Position Overview

We are hiring team members with at least 1 year of landscape or related outdoor work experience. This position starts as a technician/team member role, with opportunities to grow into leadership based on performance, reliability, and attitude.

What You’ll Do

• Mow residential, commercial, and industrial properties
• Perform trimming, edging, and blowing
• Complete property cleanups
• Assist with aeration and power raking
• Prune shrubs, trees, and plants
• Support small landscape improvement projects

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of landscape or outdoor work experience
• Valid driver’s license (must be insurable)
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Availability during snow removal season (flexible hours required)
