Landscape Manager

WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN LANDSCAPE MANAGER

• We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Landscape Manager to oversee and manage all landscaping operations. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality service delivery, efficient team management, and client satisfaction across all projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and supervise landscaping projects (design, installation, and maintenance)
• Manage daily operations of landscape teams and site activities
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and provide solutions
• Monitor plant health, irrigation systems, and overall landscape condition
• Prepare project schedules, cost estimates, and reports
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Manage inventory, equipment, and materials
• Train, supervise, and evaluate staff performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or related field
• Proven experience in landscaping or garden management (3–5+ years preferred)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of plants, irrigation systems, and landscape design
• Ability to read landscape drawings and plans
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Valid driving license (preferred)
