Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Landscape Mason / Hardscape Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience constructing hardscape features and installing landscape improvements with a strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.

This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their craft, works well as part of a team, and is committed to producing high-quality outdoor living spaces.

Responsibilities

• Install pavers, concrete pavers, flagstone, and natural stone surfaces
• Construct retaining walls, seat walls, planters, and masonry features
• Perform site preparation, excavation, grading, and base installation
• Mix and place concrete as needed
• Install drainage systems and related landscape infrastructure
• Read and follow landscape plans and project specifications
• Operate hand tools, power tools, compactors, saws, and other construction equipment safely
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Work collaboratively with crew members and project leaders
• Ensure all work meets company quality standards and safety requirements

Qualifications

• 3+ years of landscape masonry or hardscape installation experience required
• Experience with pavers, block walls, natural stone, and concrete work
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding outdoor work
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail
• Ability to read construction drawings is a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
