The Role

We're looking for a driven, dependable leader to serve as our Landscape Operations Management Coordinator. This is a hands-on management role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, leads people well, and takes ownership of outcomes. You'll help keep our operations running smoothly across departments — managing accounts, coordinating teams, tracking budgets, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow maintenance and project accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and service quality
• Coordinate across departments to keep operations aligned and efficient
• Monitor budgets, manage project timelines, and hold teams accountable to financial targets
• Lead, train, and develop team members — building a culture of growth and excellence
• Oversee asset and equipment management to protect company resources
• Provide departmental financial oversight and reporting
• Build and maintain schedules that balance workload, client needs, and crew capacity
• Serve as a point of escalation for customer service issues, resolving them with professionalism

• Self-starter who can operate with minimal oversight (or a coachable learner ready to grow into that)
• Proven experience in landscape, irrigation, or a related field is a plus — but not required
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Compensation

Starting pay ranges from $900 to $1,100 per week, depending on your experience level and ability to work independently from day one. We reward character, initiative, and results.
