Landscape Production/Account Manager

Job Description

Summary:

This is a full-time, year round employment. The job requires a minimum of 3 to 5 years of production / account management experience. Valid driver’s license and acceptable DMV record (required). The supervisor must have leadership and communication skills as well as excellent time management skills. He must be able to delegate work and spread his time between different work groups. A plus if landscape supervisor to be bilingual in English and Spanish, and possess a pesticide license or registered technician (must be able to obtain a license within 6 months of employment)

Essential Functions:

Typical Essential Functions include but are not limited to the following:

Candidate for employment must have strong analytical and oral skills with both employees and customers. Must have the ability to read and interpret work orders, maps, and sketches. Candidate has to demonstrate basic lawn maintenance procedures and practices. He/or she must have the ability to manage diverse working relationships with crew. Identifying and resolving problems, while organizing and planning for daily activities. Compliance of quality standards and ensure productions to maintain daily work orders. Candidate must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable DMV record (requirement). Basic computer skills for Microsoft Word and Excel needed at a minimum. Horticulture knowledge and experience preferred but not required.

Experience:

Required: The job requires a minimum of 3 to 5 years of production / account management experience.

Other Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Accuracy in developing and maintaining an efficient and workable landscaping program. Exposure to weather. May occasionally lift heavy objects.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
