Option 1 (Seasonal):
- $45 - $50/hour DOE

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Professionally lead projects from start to finish, ensuring completion on time, on budget, and to our high-quality standards.
- Manage materials, labor, and equipment effectively to optimize project efficiency.
- Provide hands on leadership and mentorship to the crew.
- Conduct internal meetings to review project performance, progress and expectations.
- Maintain accurate time tracking and job reporting in LMN.
- Coordinate all aspects of production, including scheduling, materials procurement, and labor allocation.
- Identify and pursue upsell opportunities when appropriate.
- Conduct project kickoffs and final walkthroughs, ensuring proper closeout procedures.
- Maintain clear, professional communication with clients throughout each project.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards.
- Oversee the upkeep of tools, equipment, vehicles and the worksite.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 2 + years of landscape project management or foreman experience
- Advanced knowledge of plants
- A degree in Ornamental Horticulture or Landscape Design is strongly preferred
- Comfortable utilizing Google products and CRM software
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and processes
- Skilled in reading and measuring blueprints and schematics
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and time management skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license
- Highly motivated, energetic, and self-starter attitude
- Ability to pass a background check
