Landscape Project Manager (Swimming Pool, Hardscape, & Softscape)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Landscape Project Manager with extensive experience in both swimming pool projects and luxury villas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing high-end residential projects, with expertise in overseeing the design and construction of both landscapes and pools.

Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Lead and manage projects involving swimming pools and luxury villa landscapes, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Design Collaboration: Work closely with designers and clients to develop and refine project concepts that meet client expectations.
• Construction Oversight: Oversee all aspects of landscape and swimming pool construction, ensuring top-quality results.
• Client Communication: Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and maintaining strong relationships.
• Team Coordination: Supervise and coordinate the work of crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient project execution.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of experience managing projects for swimming pools and luxury villas in Dubai.
• Strong knowledge of pool construction, landscape design, and project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, or a related field is preferred.
