Duties

• Supervise and coordinate pruning, trimming, and landscape maintenance activities to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Lead a team of landscapers and gardening specialists, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Allocate resources effectively, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines.
• Perform inspections of landscapes for health, safety hazards, and aesthetic quality; address issues promptly.
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of equipment related to pruning, lawn care, irrigation systems, and construction tasks.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company standards during all activities.
• Collaborate with clients or project managers to understand landscape goals and deliver exceptional results.

Skills

• Extensive experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, lawn care, tree care, gardening, and horticulture practices.
• Proven supervising experience with strong leadership skills to motivate and manage teams effectively.
• Knowledge of construction processes related to outdoor projects and landscape installation.
• Ability to identify plant health issues and implement appropriate pruning or treatment techniques.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients alike.
• Strong organizational skills to plan workflows efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
