Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Garden Care & Maintenance Production Leader to join our residential landscaping team in Irving, Texas. This role is focused on leading field production crews, ensuring high-quality garden care and landscape maintenance, and driving operational efficiency across multiple residential properties.
This position is ideal for someone with strong horticultural knowledge, proven experience managing field teams, and a deep understanding of production workflows in residential landscape maintenance. This is a field-focused role with minimal client interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily operations of garden care and maintenance field crews
- Train, coach, and develop crew members to improve performance and quality standards
- Oversee production schedules, routing, and daily job assignments
- Ensure all residential properties are maintained at a high horticultural and aesthetic standard
- Monitor quality control across all maintenance routes and garden care services
- Ensure proper execution of pruning, weeding, mulching, planting, fertilization, and seasonal color maintenance
- Maintain efficiency in labor production, time management, and resource utilization
- Support crew performance through hands-on leadership in the field
- Enforce safety standards and company procedures on all job sites
- Coordinate with operations leadership to ensure smooth workflow and productivity targets are met
- Identify training needs and continuously improve crew skill levels
- Ensure proper care and maintenance of tools, equipment, and company assets
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in residential landscape maintenance or garden care operations
- Strong horticultural knowledge (plants, pruning techniques, soil health, seasonal care, etc.)
- Proven experience managing and training field crews in a production environment
- Strong understanding of landscape maintenance operations and efficiency-driven workflows
- Bilingual English/Spanish (required)
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor production environment
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Must be eligible to work in the United States

Preferred Education
- High school diploma or GED required
- Formal education or certifications in Horticulture, Landscaping, or Turf Management preferred
- Continuing education in plant science or landscape maintenance is a plus

Pay: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
