Landscape Route Manager

Job Overview

We’re looking for a dependable Landscape Route Manager to take over most of our residential maintenance routes. This role is ideal for someone who values consistency, autonomy, and steady work, and who takes pride in keeping properties looking sharp week after week.

You’ll be responsible for running scheduled maintenance routes, driving a truck and trailer, maintaining job quality, and communicating with ownership as needed. This is a hands-on role with real responsibility and minimal micromanagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Run assigned residential landscape maintenance routes
• Drive company truck and trailer safely and efficiently
• Perform mowing, trimming, edging, and general landscape maintenance
• Maintain clean, professional job sites
• Load, unload, and care for tools and equipment
• Communicate route progress, issues, and material needs
• Assist with occasional seasonal cleanups and small projects

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time position
• Consistent weekly routes and clients
• Predictable daytime hours
• Minimal weekends
• Year-round role with seasonal variation in tasks

Compensation & Benefits

• $22–26/hr depending on experience

Slow Season & Year-Round Work

Landscape maintenance is seasonal, but we focus on keeping our core team working year-round through maintenance routes, cleanups, and seasonal projects. Reliable team members are prioritized for consistent hours, even during slower months.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license (required)
• Bilingual preferred
• Comfortable driving a truck and pulling a trailer
• Prior landscape maintenance experience preferred
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs as needed
• Looking for long-term, steady employment

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
