Duties

• Engage with customers to understand their landscaping needs and recommend tailored solutions, including lawn care, hardscape features, irrigation systems, and tree care.
• Assist in preparing estimates and proposals for construction projects, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
• Support the sales process by showcasing landscaping options, plant identification, and grounds maintenance services to clients.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities, project progress, and client interactions to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven outdoor work experience with a strong understanding of lawn care, landscaping, and grounds maintenance.
• Familiarity with construction projects and hardscape installation processes.
