Greenskeeper Lawn Care & Landscaping is looking for a motivated, professional Landscape Sales Consultant to join our team in the Newnan, GA area.

This role is responsible for driving sales across design/build, maintenance, enhancements, and turf care services for both residential and commercial clients. The right person is a strong communicator, organized, customer-focused, and confident in building relationships that turn into profitable long-term business.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads and help generate new sales opportunities
• Meet with residential and commercial clients to assess needs and recommend services
• Conduct site visits and discovery meetings
• Prepare and present proposals for design/build, maintenance, enhancement, and turf care services
• Follow up consistently and professionally to move opportunities through the pipeline
• Maintain accurate notes, follow-ups, and next steps in the CRM
• Coordinate smooth handoffs to operations after the sale
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with current clients
• Support company revenue growth while protecting quality and profitability

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, landscaping, construction, home services, or a related industry preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable meeting with both homeowners and commercial decision-makers
• Organized and self-motivated with strong follow-through
• Able to manage multiple leads and opportunities at one time
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Experience using a CRM is preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• $40,000 salary plus commission
