Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Landscape Salesman. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in landscape maintenance, landscape installation, and horticulture, along with proven supervisory experience. This role requires exceptional leadership skills to drive sales growth, manage client relationships, and oversee the execution of landscaping projects.

Duties

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals in landscape maintenance and installation,
• Provide guidance and support to enhance performance and productivity.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service delivery.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of landscaping projects, including construction, tree care, and irrigation services.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
• Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for management review, highlighting progress towards targets and areas for improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a sales management role within the landscaping or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance, lawn care, gardening, horticulture, tree care, and irrigation systems.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience supervising teams effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and team members effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments to ensure project success.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
